  1. Bombay High Court has recently dismissed the petition of Team Anna Hazare with a serious criticism that " what was “satyagraha” for it could be a “nuisance” for others. We can't allow parallel canvassing when Parliament is seized with debate on the (lokpal) bill. You can propagate the bill sitting at home,” said Hon. Mr. Justice PB Majumdar. “Is public debate permissible at this stage? We are a democratic setup. We have elected a government. Wouldn't your agitation interfere in the functioning of Parliament?” Hon. Mr. Justice PB Majumdar asked. Can this not be an illustrative judicial verdict against the so-called stir or movement from the mob of the footpath.. Any so-called stir is truly an attack upon our constitution and a blow upon our own country's democratic set-up.. If corruption is found, it should not only be curbed, cured but highly punished without any discrimination... but for that enactment of new laws against the procedure of laws is never acceptable for our country.
